C30 & C36 - ACCOMMODATION ROOMS
A single module delivers two ensuited suites, back to back, with the services void behind the bathrooms. That void is what lets the module stack cleanly and keeps plumbing off the critical path on site.
Available as two widths. The narrow unit ships as ordinary freight; the wider unit buys you noticeably more floor in the room for a small transport premium.

Dining and commercial kitchen in a single module, or linked across several for larger headcounts. Commercial extraction, stainless servery, cool room provisions.
This is the piece with the most compliance in it and the least appetite for site trades. Built in the factory, it arrives commissioned.

CA - ABLUTIONS, LAUNDRY AND RECREATION
Nobody chooses a camp on the laundry. But the absence of one loses the contract, and undersized ablutions generate complaints for the life of the facility.
We size amenities against headcount rather than selling a fixed block, so the ratios hold as the camp scales.

BUILT TO CODE
Accommodation carries fire, acoustic and egress requirements a site office never has to meet. We handle that in the factory so the building arrives able to be signed off.
STACKED ACCOMMODATION
MULTI STOREY
Where the site is tight or the headcount is high, the same room modules stack. Services run vertically through the shaft behind the bathrooms, so the building goes up without the plumbing going on the critical path.
Stairs, landings and walkways are supplied from the factory with the modules.
