We build the dwelling in the factory and put it on your slab in a day. You keep the client, the contract and the certifier relationship — and you get the paperwork to sign it off.
We don’t sell direct to homeowners. If you’ve been sent here by a client, they’ll need a registered builder.

Every dwelling is delivered double glazed. For bushfire-prone sites, the BALtech system is available as an upgrade — independently tested and BAL rated. It is a line item on the quote rather than a problem to solve, and no other supplier can offer it at all.
WHAT YOU GET, AND WHAT IT'S WORTH TO YOU
TRADE
Every module ships with the evidence your certifier needs. If a document isn’t in the folder when the truck arrives, don’t accept the delivery.
STACKED ACCOMMODATION
MULTI STOREY
Where the site is tight or the headcount is high, the same room modules stack. Services run vertically through the shaft behind the bathrooms, so the building goes up without the plumbing going on the critical path.
Stairs, landings and walkways are supplied from the factory with the modules.
